Trio Math
Last updated 8 September 2026
Short, because the game is free to play, asks for almost nothing, and the one thing it sells changes nothing but how your tiles look. These terms cover the few things worth writing down.
Trio Math is free to play in full. Nothing about how a game is played, scored or won sits behind a payment — both players always open with the same rack, every time.
There is one optional purchase: the Royal season pass. It opens a second set of tile colours, phrases and titles for one season. It is decoration and nothing else, and a player who never buys it is never at a disadvantage.
Apple and Google take the payment and handle refunds. We never see or hold your card details — we are told only that a purchase happened. If you want a refund, ask the store you bought it from rather than us, because they are the only ones who can give you one.
There is no advertising and no subscription.
You can play the entire game without signing in. An account exists only so your level, friends and streak survive reinstalling the game or changing phone. If you do sign in, keep access to that account safe — it is how we recognise your progress as yours.
Finished online matches and Daily Board scores are replayed on our server against the same rules the game uses, so a score that could not have happened can be identified. This exists to keep the leaderboards worth looking at.
We may remove a score, or an account, that is produced by a modified copy of the game or by any other attempt to record results that were not played. We will not remove one for being good at the game.
There is no free-text chat. The only thing you write is your display name, and it is filtered; emotes and phrases are chosen from a fixed set. Names intended to abuse or impersonate somebody may be reset, and any player can be reported or blocked from their card during a match.
Leaderboards are ranked on results recorded on our server. They may be reset if the rules of the game change enough that old results and new ones are no longer comparable. We will not reset one quietly to hide a problem.
The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults, available at all times, or that a match in progress can never be interrupted — an online game depends on two phones and a network, none of which we control. We may change parts of the game, or stop offering the online features, and will say so in the game where we reasonably can.
What we store and how to erase it is set out in the privacy policy, and you can delete everything from inside the game at any time. Deleting your data ends these terms as far as they concern you.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
