Trio Math
Last updated 25 August 2026
You can delete everything Trio Math holds about you, from inside the game, in about ten seconds. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need an account to do it.
Open Settings — the cog at the top right of the home screen — scroll to Privacy, and tap Delete my data. Confirm when asked.
The game tells you what it removed: how many leaderboard entries went, and how many past games your name was taken off. If you were signed in, you are signed out at the same time, because leaving somebody signed in to an account whose data has just been deleted is a contradiction they would have to untangle themselves.
| What | What happens |
|---|---|
| Your saved progress | Deleted — chapters, level, streak, settings, every unfinished board |
| Your leaderboard entries | Deleted from every board |
| Your display name | Removed from every past game, which then read as "Player" |
| Your friends list and player code | Deleted |
| Your push notification registration | Deleted, so the phone stops being told about games |
| Your account, if you had signed in | Signed out and unlinked from this device |
| Games still in progress | Handed to your opponent, because walking away mid-match is a forfeit however it is dressed up |
It is immediate, and it cannot be undone. There is no waiting period and no copy kept for later.
Reinstalling will not find your old data — the identifier that pointed at it lived on the device and went with the app. If you had signed in with an email or with Google, Apple or Facebook, sign in again and use Delete my data as above.
If you cannot get back in, email dlpinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and we will delete the account and everything attached to it. We will confirm when it is done.
Nothing that identifies you. Finished games remain on the server as a record of the match itself — the seed and the moves — because the other player has a result that has to keep making sense. Your name is not on them.
