Trio Math
Last updated 8 September 2026
Trio Math is a maths puzzle game. It is not an advertising product and it does not build a profile of you. This page describes exactly what the game stores, why, and how to get rid of it.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| A random device identifier | Created on this device the first time you play. It is how your games, friends and leaderboard entries are recognised as yours. It is not derived from your phone, your hardware, or anything about you — it is a random number. |
| A display name, if you choose one | So opponents and friends see something other than “Player”. |
| Your games and scores | The moves in each match, results, and Daily Board times. Needed to play an online match at all, and to rank the Daily Board. |
| Your friends list | So you can invite each other to play. |
| An email address — only if you sign in | Signing in is optional. It exists so your progress and friends survive reinstalling the game or changing phone. The address is used to identify the account and for nothing else. |
| A notification token — only if you allow notifications | So the game can tell you it is your move in a day-a-turn match. You can refuse, and the game works normally without it. |
| Your device’s time-zone offset — only if you allow notifications | So a reminder arrives in your evening rather than the middle of your night. The offset only, never your location. |
| A record of a purchase — only if you buy the season pass | Which store it came from, the store’s transaction number, and what was bought. We ask Apple or Google whether that transaction is genuine before unlocking anything, and we keep the number so the same receipt cannot be used twice. No card or payment details ever reach us. Apple or Google takes the payment and tells us only that it happened. |
Game data is stored with Supabase, which hosts the database on our behalf in Singapore. If you allow notifications, the message is delivered by Google Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android and by Apple Push Notification service on iOS. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity to us; we receive your email address and nothing further.
Trio Math is not directed at children. It is a general audience game and is not part of Google Play's Families programme. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not target advertising at anyone — there is no advertising in the game at all.
The game is nevertheless built so that very little is collected from anybody. There is no free-text chat and no way to type a message to another player: emotes and phrases are chosen from a fixed set, and reporting a player offers a fixed list of reasons rather than a message box. Nothing is required to play — the whole game works without an account, a name, or notifications.
If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to dlpinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com and we will delete it. You can also erase everything yourself at any time from Settings → Delete my data, described below.
In the game, open Settings and choose Delete my data. This erases your device identifier, name, friends, matches and leaderboard entries from our database, and the game confirms what was removed. It cannot be undone.
Simply uninstalling the game also removes everything held on the device. If you never signed in, uninstalling ends our relationship entirely.
Full instructions, including what to do if you have already uninstalled, are on the delete your account page.
Games and scores are kept while the account exists, so leaderboards and your record remain meaningful. Everything is deleted on request as described above.
Questions, or a request about your data: dlpinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com. We answer data requests within 30 days.
